Going from Dublin Airport to Merrion Hotel

What is the best way to get from airport to Hotel? Taxi? Shuttle? Bus? How much would a taxi cost?

Thanks.

P.S. Coming in early from United States on overnight flight about 6:00 in the morning on a weekday.

Quick question when you enter a date I have seen in Ireland that it goes in this order:: month/day/year. Is that correct?. Because in America it usually goes day/month/year.

Rich

I think you may have it in reverse order - in Ireland., UK etc we normally use day/month/year in that order. My experience is that in the US, it's usually month/day/year?

On your earlier query, taxi to the Merrion would be about €30. Aircoach to Kildare Street (nearest drop off - about 5 minutes from the hotel) is €8 one way per person or €14 return (both ways).

Or Aircoach on the Ballsbridge route to Merrion Square North and then an almost straight walk alongside Merrion Square to your hotel.
