Anniversary in Dublin

On August 14th we will be in Dublin for the end of our 10 day trip and it also happen to be our anniversary that night. We are looking for a nice hotel, b&b, or anywhere unique and exciting to stay in Dublin or the surrounding area (has to be close enough to catch a flight in the morning and drop off a rental car at the airport) we are also looking for advice on a good restaurant where we could take part in a 3 or 5 course meal as well as good entertainment suggestions for the night. So lets hear it people, whats good in Dublin?

We are up for pretty much anything as far as cuisine and entertainment goes. 170 euros is the highest we would like to go for our hotel

This hotel is across the street from the NCH …hilton.com/en/…index.html

That is of course if your taste in music is classical. BTW, there's a young up and coming Jazz singer on at lunch time if that genre is your preference https://www.nch.ie/Online/default.asp…

For a special meal you should try to book Chapter One, although at this stage you may not get a table...fabulous food and something to remember your last night in Ireland by.

A regular on the forum stayed her recently and he enjoyed it a lot, its just been revamped and is in a great location.
