family friendly traditional bars

I am planning to take three teenagers (16, 16 and 13) on a 'road trip' to Ireland. The sixteen years olds both play guitar and we would love to take them in traditional bars - will they be allowed in (and the 13 year old)

Also we are looking at the Sleepzone Hostel - has anyone been

Under 18s cant be in licensed premises after 9pm. As for sessions, Taaffes and Ti Coili normally have an early evening one around 6:30 or 7. Sleepzone used to have great reviews but i think its a little rough around the edges, Snoozles might be a better option.
