Restaurant in Galway to celebrate anniversary

Hi,

My husband and I are visiting Galway in a couple of weeks. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and would love to have a nice romantic dinner. We would love to dress up and go somewhere nice. The only restriction we have is that my husband is a vegetarian. We do want to make it special. Can anyone recommend a nice place?

Many thanks!

Kai on Sea Road and Aniar on Dominick Street, both very good restaurants full of seasonal offerings and good options.

If you are willing to travel 10-15 minutes from the city try also The Pullman in Glenlo Abbey (original carriges from the Orient Express)

or the White Gables in Moycullen (reservations needed, very popular) -

Thanks for your suggestions.

The Pullman restaurant is closed for the next couple of months for refurbishing unfortunately. It would have been wonderful to dine there on our anniversary.
