Hi, hope anyone can help or advise ?

I am looking for a nice hotel or b/b to stay for weekend which is near to the regstre office where we are attending a wedding shortly in march.

Does anyone have any suggestions please ?

Hi

I live in Harrogate so sure I can help you. But Harrogate is a Conference town so has hundreds of Hotels and B and Bs, so can we narrow it down a little?

How close by 'near' do you want to be to the Registry office?

What roughly is your budget?

Do you have to be in Harrogate itself as I know of a gorgeous place 3 miles outside the town?

In the meantime some suggestions -

1) The new(ish) Hotel du Vin in Harrogate is getting great reviews and the food is fab. Very central for you as well.www.hotelduvin.com

2)The place I mentioned just outside Harrogate (in the village of Ripley) is the Boars Head Hotel. Nice, romantic little village (modelled on a French Norman one) with 700 year old castle. We often eat in the Brasserie and it is excellent.

The Cedar Court Hotel is just along the stray from the registry office.

If you are looking for something a bit cheaper like a b+b, there are hundereds in Harrogate ring 01423 537300 and the tourist information board will help you out.

Where is the reception, that may have a bearing on where you wish to stay?
