Yes, the Days Hotel website can:

dayshotelmanchester.co.uk/location-map-direc…

Walking From Manchester Piccadilly

Walking to the Days Hotel Manchester is particularly easy from Manchester Piccadilly Station. You take the escalator down from the station’s main concourse and turn right along Fairfield Street and then cross through some pleasant gardens alongside Manchester University’s historic Sackville Street building. The Days Hotel is on the left on the corner of Sackville Street and Charles Street.

Those instructions from the hotels website are misleading. Leave the station via The Fairfield Street exit, turn right to the traffic lights and cross to Granby Row, not Fairfield Street. Granby Row is the street at the left of The Bull's Head pub. Carry on down Granby Row to the end of the gardens, turn left under the arch and the hotel is on the right.
