Where is good to go with 5mth old in Sep

Am looking for a good place to go with a 5 month old baby in Sep?

Can anyone recommend some good locations (& hotels if you know of good, baby friendly one!)

Ideally, somewhere not too hot would be best

Any recommendations or advice greatly appreciated

South West France / Spanish Basque Country. Fly to Biarritz: Biarritz, Bayonne, St.Jean de Luz, Hossegar, Messanges. In Spain San Sebastian and around. Fly to Bordeaux: Arcachon, Biscarrosse, La Rochelle. I find hotels a bit inpersonal and prefer self catering, you might look at mobile home sites eurocampings.co.uk/en/… or try companies like Pierre et Vacances http://www.pv-holidays.com/# Prices should be pretty good in Sept and the weather should be ok.

You could also look into renting a house somewhere in Western Provence. The weather is still lovely in September, ie. not too hot, and there are alot of things for adults to do via a series of daytrips since the region is relatively compact.
