No email confirmation from train company Nice Narbonne

We bought 2 RT tickets from Nice to Narbonne. We chose our specific seats. I gave my credit card info (having called them ahead to tell them to approve it). It said we were finished and would get email confirmation. We printed that web page just to take with us - we know is not a receipt nor is it a ticket which is why we are concerned.

We did all this on Sunday. It is now Tuesday afternoon. No email. No deduction from credit card , although one may be pending. They sometimes don't show up until actually paid.

have you tried logging in to the my bookings or compte cliente?

Hi Selkie!!

The bill hit my credit card about 30 minutes after I sent the above message. Still no email confirmation though.

I'm home sick and my laptop is at work. We had used my friend's computer on Sunday night. I don't recall setting up an account. The site was so frustrating for first time users; we could easily have missed it.

We had heard that you could print the tickets but that wasn't an option. We chose pick up tickets at window because American credit cards don't have the chip and pin ones. I tried but my bank and credit card company both told me US banks don't issue them.

Its been a while since i bought tickets on the sncf site , but IIRC you fill in info during the purchase which allows you to access the tickets and purchase history , even if you haven't specially set up an account, at least i don't currently have an account and i have been able to log in to amake alterations to tickets /train times in the past
