There are a few direct trains each day between the station Marne-la-Vallée TGV (Disneyland) and Bordeaux. If the direct train times from Disneyland aren't convenient for you then you need to go into Paris. If going into Paris you take RER A from Disney to Châtelet-les-Halles and then take métro line 4 from there to Montparnasse. Trains for Bordeaux depart from Gare Montparnasse. If you have trouble using the SNCF site you can use www.capitainetrain.com to buy your train tickets to Bordeaux. Trains from Paris to Bordeaux are direct with no transfers.Edited: 03 January 2014, 12:19
Ran out of time to edit but from Bordeaux you'll have to transfer to another train to Libourne. There are some other options from Disney to Libourne but as sydneynick mentioned they all require at least one transfer.
