What to do nr to Bergerac airport due to flight re-schedule

Flybe has changed our flight times and because we have to bring the car hire back at the same original time we will be left with about 4 hours to spend at the airport. We would like to get a taxi (not more than say a 15 mins ride and find a nice auberge, family type restaurant to have a good lunch before heading back to the airport by taxi. So any tips for where to eat and any recommendations of taxi companies would also be most welcome. Now if you happen to know of a nice place which lets you use its swimming pool whilst there, then bingo, but hey this is too much to ask. But you know what they say, 'don't ask don't get'.....

Simplest would be a taxi into Bergerac and then a wide choice of places to eat.

The Old Town in Bergerac is a lovely place to stroll & potter. Or you could take a gabarre cruise on the river, taking off from the Old Port opposite the Maison du Vins. Good restaurants include L'Imparfait, Le Vin'Quatre, or Le Bistro du Coin (more casual and good value). If you choose to head south of the airport, you could always take a tour of Chateau Monbazillac and then have a special lunch at La Tour des Vents, about 2km away. There is a taxi rank at the airport.
