Stop off points with toddler

Hi everyone

Looking for a little advice for our upcoming holiday. We will be arriving in Roscoff at 7 am on a Sunday morning in June and travelling onwards to the Loire Valley. Chances are our route will be N12/D162/D41/D94/D775. We will have a two year old with us and so were looking for suggestions to places we may stop on route - somewhere that he can get out and have a run about, but where we may also grab a bit to eat etc. Would prefer not to take too much of a diversion of our route but open to any suggestions as I don't know this area at all!

Thanks in advance

Rennes seems the obvious suggestion as it is about half way and lots of eateries and so on

As it is a Sunday please bear in mind loads of places will likely by closed. Whilst not gourmet food most Macdonalds have a climbing frame and are generally open all day, always good to let little ones let of steam.
