Eurostar On Line Bookings--Safe?

I have seen several on-line sites to book the Eurostar London to Paris.

It appears to me that the "official" website is: www.eurostar.com.

Has anyone booked through this website. We are booking 17 seats and can't afford to have a mishap!

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, that is the official site. I have used it many times for myself and family with no problems at all

I have used it twice and it is safe. However as there are so many of you you may get some value out of ringing as the operator can make sure you are sitting together or facing forward etc. This cost an additional £5 (per booking not ticket).

PS I first went to a local travel agent here, and she quoted me hundreds more then I was seeing online, forget it, do the research and book yourself.

Cheapest tickets are booked 90 days ahead, and travel on tues, wed, or thurs during non rush hours( believe it or not people commute between Paris and London for business so there is a "rush hour" LOL)
