I would not choose the 7th on a first trip -- the others are all better located

The last on the list: ground floor -- not a plus, a fold out bed is to be avoided IMHO, a red flag to me is no square meters given unless I overlooked it -- this is basic information and not sharing it suggests it will be very cramped

Second to last -- 15 SQ meters and no place to sit except the bed -- this is miniscule -- my husband and I don't book a place with fewer than two rooms and 45-50 Sq meters - that is us -- but 15 SQ meters is tiny for anyone

the third from last (I know nothing of the agency and its reliability which is always a concern) does appear to have some charm, is apparently well located, has a real bed and places to sit -- is almost twice the size of the second to last -- 28 meters is small but manageable in a studio -- looks a lot better than the last two -- it is up two flights but consider that exercise -- has washer and dryer which is an enormous plus -- you can pack really light with laundry so convenient -- I would check to see if you have access to the courtyard table etc -- generally one does not unless it is specified

the 4th from last -- look at that loft? you want to sleep there or on a fold out couch? not me -- the loft is downright scary

second on list 5th from bottom -- no place to sit except kitchen type table chairs

Just a side note to you, do not book any apartment through A La Carte, as we recently had a very bad experience with them whereby our 9 day booking (paid for in advance) was bumped 2 days prior to our arrival for a 1 month booking. See me thread A La Carte Apartments Paris - A Very bad experience

just thought I should mention here, pertaining to my previous post, we were contacted by A La Carte last night, who sincerely apologised for their mistake and will reimburse us for our out of pocket expenses relating to the incident

Rue de la Verrerie is very nice location (if you can pronounce the name!!), extremely central but not on a hugely trafficked street (such as rue de Rivoli one block over). It is near the loveliest, IMO, part of the Marais, and a short walk from many sites and museums. Just a block or two east where it turns into rue du Roi de Sicile, by the way, there is a fabulous gelate shop called Pozetti (they have a little walk up window). Worth a visit even if you don't rent there!
