Renting an apartment in Paris - recommendations?

A friend of mine will be spending a week in Paris at the end of April and would like to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. Does anyone have a recommendation for a rental company that does apartments in Paris? When in Nice last year I used Nice Pebbles and they were great but I don't know of their equivalent or similar in Paris

I've used both Vacation In Paris and Paris Perfect. Great experiences with both and both get great reviews on TA.

VRBO - we have used it four times throughout the world and never had a problem - apts look just like the pictures - we will do so this Sept in Paris..there are many places that list apts - VRBO lets you see honest reviews from previous renters - a big plus. Location is important

Friendly rentals have good apartments in Paris and are easy to deal with from this side of the world. Online availability, booking and deposit payment on credit card. They are flexible with arrival dates and rent from 3 nights.

VRBO is not an agency and your experience will depend totally on the landlord -- if things go sour, there is not necessarily anyone to right them. it is like finding a place in the classifieds. I have had good experiences using them for rentals in small towns -- but that is because the particular landlords were excellent.

Vacation in Paris, perfectly paris, feels like home in Paris, paris best lodge are all agencies that manage their apartments and have good reputations.

I have successfully used Paris At Home. It is listed here on TripAdvisor under B&B's. The reviews are all great, and I can verify their truth. I will be staying in one of their apartments again in September. I love having all the makings for breakfasts already provided, too.

Hi there

I've rented terrific apartments using the homelidays website. The Marais is my favourite area to stay.

Kind Regards
