SA Passport Holder with Schengen Visa

Hi, I am a South African passport holder now living in Stockholm, Sweden - thus I have a Schengen visa too. I would like to visit Paris for a weekend and want to know if I would have to apply for another visa, if so what type of visa?

No you don't. Your Schengen visa is valid for a trip to France as France is also in the Schengen Area.

If you are a long-term resident of Sweden, and your original visa has been replaced by a Swedish residence permit, you need to have both your passport and your residence permit with you on the trip to France.

Yes - but check your situation on the UK Border Agency website …homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/…

UK is not in the Schengen Area so your Schengen visa does not cover visits to the UK.
