Quick Place to Eat between Luxembourg Gardens & Eiffel Tower

Hello. I am looking for a quick place to eat lunch between Luxembourg Gardens and the Eiffel Tower as we will be on a tight time schedule (due to pre-booked ET tickets). We are a family of non adventurous eaters (except husband but since I am planning this trip, he has to go wherever I say :) so we don't need anything fancy. Just something good, reasonable and like I said, quick. If we get take away, are there benches or tables we could eat at in the gardens? Thanks for the advice.

Hi,

You could buy some food at a supermarket and have a picnic in the Champ de Mars surrounding the Eiffel Tower. There is Magda on 15 Rue de Monttessuy. Or Marie Cantin's cheese shop. Some cheese, a baguette or two, some olives, fruit and a bottle of wine would do it for me! Cups optional. ;)

There are also places to eat on the Tower itself.
