can anyone recommend places to eat in evenings in the 12th, actually staying at best western allegro fancy eating in 12th of evening time

Have a look at Le Picotin www.restaurant-picotin.fr

Very good traditional French dishes, and music sometimes in the evenings, too.

I've eaten at Le Picotin and it is quite good. You might also try La Taverne de la Voûte (no website) at 42 rue de la Voûte.
