Gluten/Dairy Free in Paris, France and England

I am going to Paris and England next year so I am trying to get ahead of the game. I have a wheat allergy and dairy free as well as soy free.... I want my trip to be wonderful and not have to worry about what and where I am able to eat there. My questions are: Which restaurants are good and reasonable? What do you recommend? I do thank you for your advice! :)

For Paris, the restaurants mentioned in this article are supposedly gluten free: …wsj.com/article/…3Darticle

I, too, have wheat sensitivity an am in paris now. Helmut newcake will make you very happy. Near Canal St Martin this cafe is full of very happy customers. The owner trained as a pastry chef before discovering her own intolerance so has very high standards. The patisserie selection is wide and delicious. We also had lunch which was good too. Noglu is a lovely restaurant in a coverered passage (passage du panoramas?) not far from galleries Lafayette. You will need to book tho as it's usually booked out. We booked lunch by email from their website the day before for lunch. It was special, delicious and a lovely setting.

Generally restaurants are not very aware of gluten intolerance so you'll need to pick and choose your meals. Take a menu translator with you. Good luck!
