Finding a suitable apartment is a time-consuming task. And many apartments won't rent for such a short visit anyway. I'd recommend one of the apart hotels except they're out of your budget.

Go with a hotel for this visit. You'll have the advantage of a front desk too, if you need it.

You'll need a quad room, or 2 rooms in a hotel. You can search the forum for "Family Rooms" to find some suggestions

The Adagio Tilsitt is an apartment hotel with a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe from the roof deck, chilly in February but you can bundle up!

We stayed at the following hotel a few years ago. It had family rooms and views of the Eiffel Tower.

I stayed at the Adagio when my children when young (it had a different name back then). Its an apartment hotel, so the best of both worlds. We had a kitchen and room service to make the beds in the morning!!! There is a little park nearby that the girls loved and there were lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood.I wouldn't consider an apartment rental for only 2 nights.
