Hello!. I arrive in Paris at 19:10 on 10th September, and need to get to my hotel and I need advice on the best transportation to get there.
mmm, where is the hotel?
It is in the 19th arrondissement
Look on your hotel website -- it will almost certainly give you your metro stop and probably give directions from the airport. basically you can take the RER B into Paris and then transfer to the metro to wherever you need to go. Or you can get a cab at the airport. Since the 19th is close to CDG, it will probably run about 40 Euro or so. It is 9.75 each by train.
Thank you for your advice. I'll have a look at all options that you have mentioned in your post.
I have heard about a bus called the Roissybus, do you know anything about that?
If you want useful advice about how to get to your hotel, you have to give the actual address. Each arrondissement covers a substantial area and has dozens of metro stations.
The Roissybus runs to Opera, and would not be helpful to you.
Maybe you could be a tad more specific so people can give you directions on the RER/metro/bus if you want to use public transportation. Otherwise, write your hotel name and address down and give it to a taxi driiver when you are ready to depart from CDG terminal - average cost for that is 45-55 euro.
