Advice on these particular apartments please?

Hi everyone,

My partner and I will be in Paris from 23-28 July for the first time. We will be looking to see the major sights, shopping, day trips, and love to eat and drink. I have been trying to decide on accommodation, and have narrowed it down to these 3, our budget is around $150-$200A per night. Could you please give me your thoughts on these?

Or do you think we should stay in a hotel?

Thank you for your help and advice :)

The apartments you've listed are all nice. The locations of all of them aren't ideal for a first visit though.

If you look at a map, the Eiffel Tower area is a bit far from anything remotely lively. The location of the one on the rue de l'Universite isn't bad, but is still a really quiet area if you want to be near any lively areas at night.

The Champs Élysées area is a mostly commerce and mall stores. Not a neighborhood feel at all.
