The Luxembourg station on the RER B is the closest station, with the exit right in front of the entrance.

A lot of people go there from the Odéon station, though -- metro lines 4 or 10. It's just a few blocks away.

You can enter a street address on www.ratp.fr for a map of all the nearby stations and bus stops.

Which to choose depends on where you're going.

From the exit on the other side of the Jardin (towards the Museum) you are at walkable distance to Métro Notre-Dame-des-Champs by walking on Rue de Fleurus towards Boulevard Raspail. The Métro station is on your left as you get to the corner of Fleurus and Raspail.
