Itinerary feedback

Monday:Arrive from Tours by train to my Montparnasse hotel. Notre Dame if there is time and energy.

Tuesday: Trocedero, Eiffel Tower , Musée de l'Armée

Wednesday: Catacombs, Luxembourg and Louvre in the evening.

Thursday: Versailles

Friday: This monmatre walk

Saturday: Leave back to the states

I am looking for suggestions of what else I might see along with these points of interests. Is there something near these places I could easily visit I don't want to miss? Maybe I should remove Versailles and kick around Paris more? I will have been touring chateaus in Loire for 4 days before I arrive in Paris. If so, what would you add instead of Versailles on that day?

After Louvre you can head toward Champs-Élysées to Arc de Triomphe. If the weather is nice, this would be a lovely walk.

Or walk out onto the Pont des Arts which is very close to the Louvre. It's a pedestrian bridge where people sit and play music and sip a drink waiting for the Eifle Tower to twinkle on the hour. You can just see about 3/4 of it looking down-river.

BTW, do you know Mark and Teri Koehler?

Pjk -Great idea! I like that a lot! The name sounds familiar but I am not sure why...
