You can take a train or a bus from Perignan to Fontpedrouse (there is no station in Saint Thomas itself). You can walk from Fontpedrouse to Saint Thomas (30 minutes) or take the shuttle bus at 10 am (return trip at 5 pm).

Reservation for the shuttle bus must be made 48 hours in advance.

Phone : 04 68 97 03 13

They are open on week-ends.

Thanks very much.

I just have a few questions that you might be able to answer. I was wondering do you need speedos for the baths? If so, Do you know why?

Is there anywhere in Moulin a vent i could get speedos?

can i buy the train ticket at the perpignan train station? Would you know how much?

Will the baths be signposted well when i come from te station in fontpedrous?

Would the termal baths happen to be called Maes Marc. I have attached a map link here with the route I propose do take. Could you tell me if this is correct?

Yes, you need speedos for the baths as in all public swimming pools in France. The reason is hygiene. They want to make sure you don't swim in the same trunks you've been wearing all day.

Speedos are on sale in sport stores. See www.pagesjaunes.fr and enter "magasins de sport". You can also try supermarkets and Monoprix.

Of course you can buy the train ticket at the station (where else?).

See www.sncf.com for timetable and cost of ticket.

Yes, Saint Thomas, which is a small hamlet) is signposted when you are in Fontpedrouse.

Opening hours are 10 am to 8.40 pm. I have no idea if they speak English or not.

The thermal baths are called "Bains de Saint Thomas" and not Maes Marc.

They are 3 km from Fontpedrouse and you can't miss them.

Yes it would. You'd be wet anyway and water temperature is 36/37°C.

Hi,

Is there reason why you can't buy TER i

tickets online. I can't seem to book the journey from Perpignan online.

Also would you know what Bus goes to Fontpedrouse?

Thanks

"Is there reason why you can't buy TER "

No as long as you realize that you must change trains in Villefranche de Conflent and take the Little Tellow Train from Villefranche to Fontpedrouse.

I don't see why you want to buy your ticket in advance, in this season there is no need for reservation.

"Also would you know what Bus goes to Fontpedrouse?"

Google is your friend :

Maybe you could do a little research on your own from time to time?
