There are no buses, so you must either book a private transfer or go by train.

The train takes about 2 hours and costs €28.70 one way. Trains are about once every two hours. Check times at www.voyages-sncf.com for the date of travel. Reservations are only available on a few trains, the rest are commuter type trains.

You do of course need to get from the airport to railway station, which is 5 Euros on the bus or about 20 Euros in a taxi.

I had a quick google for 'Toulouse Airport Transfers' and it came up with options for a minibus in the region of €570 each way,ie about 63 Euros each. The trip by road will take about 2 hours.

So direct transfer will be quicker but may cost twice as much as going by bus then train.
