To all intents and purposes, both Lille stations are in the centre of the city http://tinyurl.com/43khjue

Arriving at Lille Europe from London a couple of minutes walk brings you to the Euralille shopping complex, bars and restaurants.

Another few minutes walking gets you right into the heart of Lille.

Follow the signs for the Tourist Office to pick up a map and other informative leaflets - then have a drink, people watch and enjoy your visit.

If you are coming from London, the Eurostar will arrive at Lille Europe which is slightly further away from the main central square, the Grand Place than the other station, the Gare Lille Flandres.

The two stations are about 400 metres apart, and it is roughly the same distance from Lille Flandres to the Grand Place.

You could probably walk from Lille Europe to the Grand Place in about 10 - 15 minutes. You could also take the metro, but it is probably not worth it for such a short journey.
