Bus 30 from Bayeux to Caen
Bus 20 from Caen to Honfleur
Timetables are on the site. I don't know where you get the bus in Bayeux or Caen, but in Honfleur the Bus Station is on the Rue Des Vases which is not far from the centre, at the NEW port and in front of the Etap and Mercure Hotels.
There doesn't seem to be a bus that goes directly from Bayeux to Honfleur, but you could take a train or bus to Caen and bus 20 to Honfleur. This bus ride, however looks to be about 2 hours, and you can drive that distance in about half the time.
When we were in Bayeux several years ago, we rented a car in Caen where there are several rental companies located right outside the train station. Renting in Bayeux at the time of our trip was complicated and limited, and I don't think things are much better now. If you drive, get directions for the rural route. Thankfully, we got lost looking for the correct A13 ramp. and ended up on a more scenic route, following the signs through Deauville and Trouville. It was a lovely drive, and you could visit these resorts along the way.
The bus station in Caen is next to the railway station.
