take a taxi from the station - its the least hassle option - saves walking to tram, then walking from tram stop to bus station, then walking from bus stop in Eze village to hotel

local buses are 82 and 112 - for other trips

It is not unknown for the occasional bus 83 to be missing, which means a two hour wait. Taxis in Nice don't usually have much luggage space, so it could be difficult with four large bags, although I suppose you could hold two on your laps. There are periods when there are no taxis at the station but they will turn up in due course.
