Not sure if last question was asked. What will be open in Juan Les Pins in mid October?

Local shops, some restaurants, bars depending on the weather some private beaches.... but JLP will be closing down for the winter.

Yes...JLP will certainly be slowing down, however Antibes, on the other side of the peninsula, will still be pretty active.

I would reckon that Juan les Pins will have around 50% of its restaurants, cafes , private beaches and stores open. Although JLP, unlike its neighbouring twin Antibes revolves almost entirely around its beach, a significant number of people and businesses are resident there full time and many retailers including supermarkets, newsagents and cafes and casino open all year. . Actually October , which is one of my favourite months, is a great time for the bargain hunter as the high fashion beachwear retailers sell off their stuff at very big discounts.

We have a special hotel with beautiful view scheduled in Nice for 3 days. We were going to take side trips to Antibes, Cannes and Eze from this location. Possibly, Monte Carlo as well. Would you vacate that hotel and spend 3 days in Juan les Pins and travel to Cannes, Antibes, Eze from there? I want some excitement in Juan Les Pins during our stay?

I don't see any reason to move your hotel from Nice to Juan les Pins over a 3 day stay. Everywhere you mention -JLP,Cannese, Monte Carlo is no more than 45 minutes from Nice by regular train or by car. Eze is 20 minutes by bus from Nice.

Are you talking about spending time at nightclubs in JLP?

That was my thought to spend time in night clubs at JLP. I didn't see as much nightlife in Nice. What are your thoughts?

JLP clubs will not be busy in mid october.

You may find staying in Cannes a better alternative
