Hotels/Apartments with cooking facilities

Hi,

I am planning on travelling to Nice solo April/May next year, and would like to stay somewhere that has cooking facilities.

My ideal location would be near Rue Massena, or by the Old Town.

My budget would be approx £70 per night (3 nights).

I've seen the 'Ajoupa Residence Baie des Anges' which could be a possibility, but I wondered if there were any more out there?

Thanks in advance.

nice fleurs, citadines, hipark...

but 70 pounds is a lower rates, something like 2/3 stars residence

and most "studio/apartement for 1/2 person" have a sofa bed instead of a normal bed because you sleep in the living room

Nice Fleurs and Nice Citadines Buffa are 2 of the nearest to your ideal destination (Rue Massena) but not very near the old town.

Ajoupa Residence Baie des Anges' is at number 4 rue massena so very close to old town etc

you can search for self catering residences via the nice tourism site
