Petit Trianon or Hotel Massena or Mercure Marche aux Fleur?

For our honeymoon, we will be staying 6 nights in Nice. Which of the above would you recommend? We would like to do several day trips to surrounding areas, have restaurants within close walking distance, have evening entertainment close by (bar, maybe a busy square...), and be close to the promenade. I did some search on Oct weather and some say that its still warm enough to go to the beach, while others say its too cold, but hopefully we have one beach day.

We also want the hotel to FEEL like its our honeymoon (so nicer looking, better service). The three hotels all have good ratings and are centrally located.

Costs for our stay::

Mercure: 696 euro (standard double)

Petit Trianon: 570 euro (superior double)

Massena: 666 euro (this is the price of a standard but they have a promotion for a free upgrade so we would be in a privilege which costs 815 euros)

Your comments would help us greatly!

petit trianon is the smallest

not classifed, no star

9 rooms

marche aux fleurs, 4*

50 rooms

massena, 4*

116 rooms

massena will be the more luxurious I think

location,all central, marche aux fleurs in front of the sea
