how much luggage?
where are you staying?
WARNING FAMILLIES Just got the shuttle bus from Frejus to Nice Airport. €20 each that includes a 5yr old and a 3yr old €80 for a family of four to go on a bus. Disgrace i was raging, but what can you do at such short notice. kids 5 and under use to be free. My advice get the train it's about €12 each and kids under 5 free
Leeboy - Frejus from Nice airport is a very long way and not comparable with Nice Airport / Antibes. Actually 20 euro is a pretty good price for an express bus - true children are full price when over 4 but a 3 year old should be free however. Up to 12 on the trains children are half price. Note that a taxi would be closer to 200 euro.
This is an old post but for anyone wanting to do the same journey Nice Airport to Antibes on the direct airport bus No.250 is 10 euro and there is a 'duo' ticket at 15 euro for 2 people travelling together. Every 35 minutes from either terminal 1 or 2 up to 20.20 hrs.
Alternatively taking the train ( around half hourly) to Antibes from Nice St Augustine station, a 20 minute walk from terminal 1, costs only 2.50 euro.
Note that regional ( non Airport express) buses cost only 1 , 1.5 or 2 euro per journey no matter how long. Children of 4 and over are always full price.

This was posted on the Mandelieu forums too.
Mandelieu is much closer to Nice and the fare from Mandelieu to Nice Airport is also 20 euros flat rate on the 3003 service. Makes Frejus @20 euros look a bargain !
There is also the LER 20 bus service from Nice Airport which uses the A8 and serves both Mandelieu and Frejus- the fares are cheaper and pro rata - 7.7 euros for Mandelieu and 12 euros for Frejus
BTW think the rail fare to Antibes from Nice St Augustin has increased to 3.5 euro
