Public transport - Airport to Hotel Palais de la Mediterrann

I am arriving in Nice Airport in September staying in the Hotel Palais de la Mediterrannee.

Is bus number 98 to Riquier the best bus to catch?

I read that it is best to leave the bus on the Congres/promenade stop, is this correct?

Do you have a upto date timetable?

Is the fare still 4 euros per person?

On a separate note, how much is a taxi?

Thanks for your help.
