Quiet beaches near Nice

Hi . We are going to Nice for a week in June and we were wondering if there are any quiet or secluded beaches near Nice. We would like to use public transport if possible. I know this might be a big ask!!

Not exactly very close to Nice but you could take the train to Cannes and then a boat to either one of the Iles des Lerins (public transport is very good), we have had a small, secluded beach there to ourselves a couple of times in June. Or closer to Nice, walk around St. Jean Cap Ferrat and you may find a small beach that is quiet and seculded.

Riviera, High season and secluded?

You can find rocky bays which are secluded for same reason, but if you want a secluded sandy beach, the nearest within reach by public transport is Plage Mala at Cap d'Ail - the 100 bus from Nice. Its secluded because you can't get close by car, which eliminates a lot of the crowd, though nowhere is impervious to youth on scooters..

Of the less-crowded sandy beaches, consider the Baie des Formis, Beaulieu (100 bus) and there are some very nice bays half way between Juan les Pins and Cap d'Antibes (200 bus and a little walking)

Of all the beaches however, Villefranche is the nearest and best, if a little crowded
