Goult Area Restaurants?

We'll be staying in Goult for a week and wonder what restaurants/cafes travelers would recommend. We'll drive 30 minutes for good French food -- and we'll also visit various villages in the area, so please don't limit recs to Goult.

La Bartavelle is one of the best restaurants in the Luberon.

It's right in Goult.

Cafe de la Poste is great as well. It's more of a bistro.

L'Arome and Le Fournil are in Bonnieux and are excellent.

Maison Gouin is in Coustellet and is outstanding.

The Cafe de France in Lacoste has stunning views.

That will give you a start.

Hello, you don't say what time of the year you will be in France, or what you might like to try for food so- most all restaurants will be a lovely change from New England food. Try to eat at lunch, outdoors if possible. You will find views and good food just about everywhere. Salads, soups, stews, ratatouille, fish, daube, everywhere. If you are dining evenings, make sure you are not drinking anything if you are the driver. Do check Michelin for distances before you leave, the area is definitely not vast - you can drive under an hour to so many famous towns. I hope you plan in your schedule a marche, a large one. They begin in full around 8:30,end around 12:30- a thousand times better than Haymarket. Bring a bunch of euros!
