Town centre restaurants for foodies

We are spending a week self catering in St Remy in June - starting to do some research on good restaurants but want to be eating decent French food in the centre as my husband doesn't walk long distances and I don;t want to be driving in the evenings (French wine is too good!). Like the look of L'estagnol on TA but apart from that decent restaurants seem to be lacking in what I guess is a bit of a tourist trap? Any recommendations would be welcome.
