Aiguille du Midi in May

Hello -

I will be in Chamonix at the end of May. I'm planning to visit Aiguille du Midi on a Monday. I know it's not high season, but should I still arrive early - will there be long lines? What time do you suggest I arrive?

Thank you

It is the off season so I doubt there will be large queues so I would probably go for a mid-morning departure. You can easily spend 3 - 4 hours up there so give yourself plenty of time and take warm clothing.
