cheap flights from US to Munich

I'm having a terrible time finding flights under $800 from the East Coast (US) to Munich, roundtrip. Any suggestions?

Try Zuerich, and then the train to Munich.

With most airlines you can fly into any city in Germany and continue on by train on your airline ticket. The Rail&Fly option ( www.bahn.de , change to English near the top of the page) has the most liberal rail options for about 25€. You must include this when originally purchasing your airline ticket.
