Which is a better location ??

Hi,

I am looking at Adagio Munchen which is at Schwanthalerstrasse or Citadines Arnulfpark which is at Arnulfstrasse?

Which is a better location with regards to access (walkability) to the Old Town, and Transit options ??

Thanks a lot !!!!!!!

I like the location of Adagio better. I mean, it's not a very nice quarter next to the central station (Hauptbahnhof), but I don't think it is unsafe. And you can walk to the central station in about 5-10 minutes. From there, you can walk to the pedestrian area (again, 5-10 minutes to Karlsplatz/Stachus which is the beginning of the pedestrian area) or take the S-Bahn, subway, trains.

The Citadines Arnulfpark is very close to a tram. I'd say you can reach it in just about a minute. And you could also walk to the S-Bahn stop Donnersbergerbücke. But the area there does nothing for me at all. It's just a long road, like a desert. And it is also a very busy road, so if you decide to stay at the Citadines, make sure to ask for a quiet room.

It's too far to walk from the Citadines to the pedestrian area.
