Fastest are the ICE trains. Berlin Hbf to Hamburg Hbf from 1,5 hrs. Bus Berlin Ostbahnhof to Hamburg Hbf needs 3,5 hrs.

DB timetable

http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

From: [Station/Stop] Berlin

To: [POI] Color Line Arena

There are also buses

This won't work as the last train back departs from Hamburg Hbf at 21:21.

http://www.german-transfer.de

From: 22525 Hamburg

To: Berlin Tempelhof

offers a transfer for approx. EUR 300. By taxi will be more expensive.

Distance Color Line Arena to Berlin is 300 km. Travel time by car approx. 3,25 hours. Maybe at bit less this time of the day.

No idea how flexible German Transfer is, i.e. if they will drive you to another address. Or if their license does not allow this. But Tempelhof is central in Berlin and you could use public transport or a taxi from there.

One idea to try for that late hour is something called Mitfahrzentrale, which is basically car-pooling with someone also driving the same way, paying them for their hospitality and petrol.

See:

If Mitfahrzentrale is not working, meaning you wont find anyone driving back at this hour, it might be cheaper staying overnight in a hostel and taking an early train back to Berlin.
