Taxi at the TEGEL Airport

I like to know which taxi service I should use from TEGEL airport to Adina Apartment at Checkpoint Charlie. Do I need to negotiate?

Thanks

Berlin is not a 3rd-world country - the taxis are regulated and metered - go out the front door, get in line, and take the NEXT available taxi!

You just hop into the first taxi at the taxi booth not already dealing with another passengers.

The taxis are metered. The taxi tariff is set by the city and binding. No exceptions.

Thank you all. Did not mean to offend any local or European person. First time to Europe so just wanted to get information.

That's fine. Sorry to be frivolous! You'll have no trouble getting a taxi at Tegel. Have a good time in Berlin!

I'm sitting on my fingers. The next one will get a story about native cannibals in Tiergarten! ;o)

"Berlin is not a 3rd-world country "

After WWII you could consider it for a few years, but now Germany's economy is the most dominant in Europe from what I hear.
