Hahn airport is nowhere near Frankfurt. Therefore I suggest you take the bus from the Hahn to Cologne or Düsseldorf and the train from there to Dortmund.

The winter timetable is not online yet. You could contact the bus company: info(at)bohr.de

OP has already bought the train ticket Frankfurt - Dortmund (knowing from a previous discussion here).

As said in the previous discussion, you can change also at Frankfurt Airport from the bus to your train to Dortmund. This will gain you at least half an hour.

Travel time by bus from Hahn Airport to Frankfurt Airport is 1,5 to 1,75 hours (with buses via Mainz). It's pretty likely that also with the new timetable this will work out. The new timetable is not yet available, but you can check from time to time at the website of the bus company Bohr under "future timetable" for it.
