Whirlwind tour of Spain

We plan to be in Lisbon and nearby beaches for 4 days in Mid June but have never been to Spain and wish to extend trip for a week.

What can we manage in that time? We are not big on Museums but love to eat, explore markets, and stroll among the locals.

We do not mind a packed itenerary ( ex we did Venice/Florence/Rome/Sorento/Capri in 9 days and drove) and are adventurous.

List right now includes Seville, Toledo, Madrid, Barcelona,Granada,Cordoba, and stretch goal San Sebastian. Is it possible? And if not

Which of these should stay on our list? Appreciate any suggestions from this valued site of Travel planners

At that time of year I would hit Seville, Granada, Madrid and Toledo, or Santiago de la Compostela, Santander and San Sebastian. You would need an extra ten days to do either one of these itineraries.
