Spain Itinerary ideas

Before i get thoughts on my planned itinerary below, I wanted to know if there will be travel restrictions on 1st May on account of May Day e.g sights being closed, shops/supermarkets closed, limited train/bus options?

I am planning to reach Madrid on Saturday 28th april. Spend 2 days in Madrid - see the prado, royal palace. travel to Seville on 30th (take the flight, AVE rates super-expensive). Spend 30th, 1st May and 2nd May in Seville. Maybe do a day-trip to Cordoba on May 1st. Travel to Granada on May 3rd. Do the alhambra on May 4th. Travel to Barcelona on May 5th. Spend 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th in Barcelona. Travel on May 9th.

Are the days at each place enough? (I have a 13-month old traveling with me :-) ) Can I do a day trip from Seville to Cordoba on May 1st?

What will be the weather like in Spain? Do I need to carry warm clothing?

Some info on inexpensive but family friendly hotels at each place will be great.

Any other tips also much appreciated

Yes the amount of days is good. I would have skipped Barcelona, that's a lot of traveling w/ a 13 mo. old. read Maribelsguides.com for good hotel suggestions (and read reviews here).
