how to reach potential tenants in specific countries

how does Trip Advisor reach say a Norweigan or Dutch browing in their home country when i have a say a Spanish property which i want to advertise and target to that type of customer. Is there a site which tells you which are the most effective sites to place properties for rent to reach certain geo markets like the Northern Europeans, Germany, Holland, UK? Thank you.

Advertising on Trip Advisor is not allowed.

maybe i didnt express myself well. tripadvisro allows property owners to show their properties for people to rent. that's what i mean by marketing. it's a way of advertising your property. actually, trip advisor charges onwers a percentage, so i dont understand your comment

I meant you're not allowed to advertise on a forum. This is how to list your premises tripadvisor.co.uk/help/How_can_I_get_listed

Not sure you can specifically target a certain country for potential customers.
