'Real' weather in March/April in Costa de la luz

My daughter starts school in January and now we have to arrange our holidays around the school holidays. We have fancied Costa de la luz for a while but not got round to it. Can anyone advise on 'real' weather for end March, beginning of April. I've looked at the charts for average minimum and maximums. But would it be warm enough to sit on the beach, wander round without wrapping up too much, but perhaps cardigans on in evening?

Many thanks

Traditionally, the end of March is still too cold for beach weather.
