Wedding Venues

My fiance and I want to get married in Spain, particularly the Marbella area. Has anyone been to any wedding venues that they can recommend to us? We have a few places in mind but would be interested to hear of places people can say they've been to that are really special and also those that aren't so good! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi.

Went to a great wedding last year in Marbella.

The service was held at "La Virginia" church and the reception was on the terrace at Aloha Golf Club which was fantastic.

Vasari Restaurant

Urbanizacion Alzambra

Edificio Vasari Center (across from Puerto Banus)

Tel. 952-906-798

This is one of the most beautiful and elegant restaurants imaginable, with big windows that let in a light of light. Outside there is a big patio with tables, beside the swimming pool. The garden is semitropical and is a delight to see and enjoy, full of lush vegetation and flowers. Everything is first class in this place, and it is moderately priced. Very good food.

I just stayed at Villa Padierna and it is a beautiful place for a wedding, with beautiful gardens and a great spa.

Benny this is an old post which has been resurrected by someone who organises weddings. That in normal terms is called self promotion or Spam.

Casa_Santo_Estevo your statement is incorrect. While I work in the wedding industry I DO NOT and never have organised weddings. I would like to add that I have nothing to gain by recommending these venues, I am simply trying to be helpful to the couple that requested suggestions for wedding venues.
