Hi, what train stop would you get off for the above hotel?

Thank you.

Me again - forgot to ask - will the trains be running a normal service on New Years Day?

Just back fromTBC and we took the airport bus and was able to get of outside hotel. The train station is quite a walk and also you will have luggage.

Took taxi back to airport and 16 euro

With the train a toss up between Los Alamos or los Colina, which is the nearest, another option is to get the train to the main Torremolinos station and then a taxi (unlikely to be taxis at the other two stations)

If times are okay, i would also get the bus. Number 128

It really isn't worth using the train if you have luggage. It will take at least twenty minutes walking from Los Alamos and not much less from La Colina and the Beach Club is so near the airport that a taxi is well worth it( unless the 128 works out).

Once you have settled in the trainline is very useful but the location of the Beach Club means that buses will always be your best option. Apart from the 128 remember that the 123 goes to Plaza Mayor and there is a station there. it also stops near Los Alamos station but no bus stop is marked.

Unless you're a very slow walker or have lots of heavy luggage it isn't going to take you more than 15 minutes walking from Los Alamos to the TBC - just walk striaght down to the seafront and turn right, walk along the Paseo Marítimo and it's on your right, you can't miss it.

A taxi from the airport will be around €17, an infuriating waste of money for such a short distance, but the cabs are allowed extra charges for airport pickups which is why it's so high for the distance concerned.

the trains are every 20 minutes (02, 22 and 42 mins past the hour), the airport station is luggage-friendly and just across the road outside the main Arrivals exit. It's a flat walk from Los Alamos to the TBC. The fare is €1.65, the journey time 5 minutes, a saving of around €14 on a taxi. You can get quite a lot for €14, including a few drinks to recover from the walk!

The bus is even better if you don't have a long wait, sadly they're not as frequent as they should be (yet!)

let us know if you manged the walk in 15 minutes with luggage. I walked it last week, exercise briskly, no luggage, not even a backpack bag, and it took 14 minutes.

I guess the saving depends on how many of you there are and how desperately you all will need a drink when you get there and collapse.
