Sol Don Pedro

Hi

We have booked a week early July at the above hotel and just wondering if there are any good bars that have live music in the area. We are in our late 30's so looking for nightlife that will suit our age group etc. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as we are not familiar with this part of Spain for a holiday.

Thanks

Allie

I'm familiar with that area but not aware of any bars with live music

Would have thought Benalmadena would have been a better choice of area for your requirements .

We are just back from the Pedro, We stay there a lot, The Irish affair has a musician on every night , usually a guy with a guitar and a sound machine in the backround, That said the atmosphere in there has to be experienced, It is definitely unique and very friendly, There are a few other Irish bars down the road , Shennanigans and kennedy,s but apart from that the area seems mainly geared for the spanish themselves, If you did not go half board at the Pedro you might want to look in to it , For 100.00 euro extra it saves a fortune.
