Seville and Toddlers x 2

We have booked a trip to Seville for a week in September with our kids, they will be 18

months and just turned 3. I'm just looking for any toddler tips in relation to Seville. Is the city completely un buggy friendly? My older child uses a scooter alot and we have brought it on holidays before with great success, are many of the streets cobbled? Any recommendations for reliable private transfers from the airport that can provide carseats? Any particularly impressive playgrounds we should seek out or public pools that might have kids areas/slides etc?

Many Thanks

Aimsed:

Many streets in the center are quite narrow and have traffic, so I would not think your child should use a scooter there.

However there are parks in many places, like the Murillo Gardens. Bring them to the Plaza de España where you can rent a small boat and row around the canals.

Thanks Benny. Would a daytrip to the coast be possible using public transport?

The easiest day trip to the coast is by train to Cadiz, which is an interesting city in its own right and has a nice town beach. You would need a taxi or bus to the station in Seville which is outside the main centre.

The Parque Maria Luisa would be ideal for scootering!
